We’re excited to share some big news: Flow AI has been acquired by CloudClevr, a move that will expand what we can offer while keeping everything you already know about working with us exactly the same.
What’s happening
On 1 September 2026, CloudClevr announced its acquisition of Flow Automated Intelligence (Flow AI) from SCC. This is a new chapter for us, one that brings our expertise in document services, workflow automation, and data into a wider group of specialist technology capabilities.
We’ll continue operating under our existing brand, as Flow AI, a CloudClevr company. Same people, same services, same relationships.
What this means for you
If you’re an existing Flow AI customer, nothing changes in the way you work with us today. Your services, agreements, and the teams you know remain exactly as they are, with CloudClevr and Flow AI still falling within the wider Rigby Group. This move is about adding to what we can offer, not disrupting what already works for you.
Over time, you’ll gain access to a broader range of technology expertise through CloudClevr, including capabilities across AI and automation services, and data services. We’ll introduce these as they become genuinely useful to you, at your pace.
Why this matters
Joining CloudClevr means we can go further for our customers. Together, we’ll form the foundation of a new Digital Transformation Practice, combining our established strength in intelligent document processing, workflow and process automation, and data integrations with CloudClevr’s wider technology capabilities in data strategy, cleansing, migration, and enterprise content management.
Artificial intelligence won’t sit apart from this. It will be woven through the way we help you simplify your technology, move information more effectively, and find practical, real opportunities for automation and AI across your organisation.
What happens next
There’s no action needed from you. Your day-to-day relationship with Flow AI continues as normal, delivered by the same team, with the same commitment to the work we do together.
